# Chisos Capital

> Chisos Capital invests directly in people. We write early, flexible checks (typically up to $100K) to founders who ship fast, often with AI agents doing the work of a much larger team. Anyone can apply, no warm intro needed.

Quick facts:
- Invests in: U.S.-based founders with a live product (founder track, open now). Creator track coming soon. Golfers apply via Team Chisos Golf (https://teamchisosgolf.com).
- Instrument: the Convertible Income Share Agreement (CISA), an income share with the founder plus a small equity stake. Not a loan. Payments pause below a salary floor.
- Speed: decisions in weeks.
- Agents: you're welcome to research us, check fit, and help a founder prepare. Agent submissions are not open yet; the founder applies through the human form.
